Here you will find answers to questions about emails and your account.

Email
Did you not receive an email? Check your spam folder, move the emails to your inbox, and add the sender’s address to your favorites so email notifications are delivered to your inbox. To adjust your email preferences, go to Email Notifications in My Account. Here you can set which emails you would like to receive, such as updates on your bidding status.

Your Account
In your dashboard, you have access to the following features:

• Inbox: Manage messages
• Bids: Track the status of your bids
• Start a new auction: Click on Sell to get started
• Your Lots: View and manage your listed lots
• Account Information: Update your business details (for billing)
